Does SprinkleReeds offer refunds?
SprinkleReeds cannot offer any refunds for services already mailed. If you receive a product you did not need on accident, I would invite you to donate it to your local music program.
Do you teach lessons?
Sprinkle teaches reed making, oboe, and violin lessons privately and have been doing so for over a decade! I would be happy to work out a plan that works to help you get to where you want to be on your musical journey! Our cane expert is also a trained jazz pianist who is available for online lessons if you reach out.

For school district lessons: I can teach online lessons, am fingerprinted, can update liability insurance, and can charge a tuition based on your public school rate. This is not an in person option, but I am happy to work with a school. I will charge students for an amount of time each month and one reed that gets sent to them. They can spread time out based on their own schedules and through coordinating with their caretakers and Sprinkle.
Subscriptions
There are different subscription options. When you purchase a semester subscription, it will end after four months. A monthly subscription renews indefinitely until you cancel your subscription. We are not responsible for refunding a subscription we already mailed. Please contact Sprinkle before your renewal if you would like to cancel and I will make it right for you. If the email to cancel was sent before the charge, that is the only way I can provide you a refund.
I think there is an issue with my reeds or cane?
Please inspect your products upon receiving. We will glady assist in replacing anything that is broken or not working at all. Some reeds are duds due to delivery issues, weather differences, altitude differences, etc, but we need to inspect and verify. The key here is communicating with us within a week of delivery status "delivered". I will send a you a return label and then replace your order after I receive it for inspection. There is no charge as long as you are courteous and honest. Our goal is to get you a reed you can play on!
Does Sprinkle work with Band Programs?
YES! We would love to supply reeds for your band program. Please reach out and we can send a quote to be approved, an invoice, and then reeds! SprinkleReeds often times make special deals for schools. You must ask me for a W9 and fill out any district paperwork for us if that is necessary. We are more than happy to become a vendor for you though:)
What is the best way to communicate with Sprinkle?
Hi! This is only a little personal but helpful for you and me! I am Autistic so it is best to communicate via any written forms. Email or text message works very well for customers who have an invoice! Please include your order number and name on the order. I very rarely pick up the phone, but can happily schedule a phone call if you send an email to do so:). I am here to help!
